Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. To request a booking, please get in touch or complete the online booking form. Payments are taken in person. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the wedding date. If the remaining balance is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and will be unable to proceed with the service.
